Nurturing Nature

Explore the wonders of summer at the Nature Center with your young child! This program introduces children ages 2 and 3 to the delights of nature at a hands-on level. We will share walks, crafts, visits with live animals, songs and stories, all in an unhurried atmosphere. Parents and children should dress for messy play and be prepared for all kinds of weather.

Enrollment for each Nurturing Nature session is limited to ten adult-child pairs. Twins may attend with one adult for an additional $45 fee for members, $50 for non-members. Children must have turned 2 by the time their program begins. Sessions meet for two consecutive weeks on either Tuesdays and Thursdays or Wednesdays and Fridays. Call (203) 966-9577 to register by phone.

Fees: Members $95.00 / Non-members $110.00
