Sessions Filled To Date:- Age 3: Our Growing Garden (June 7-11)- Ages 4-5: Our Growing Garden (June 7-11) half-day AM Camp Scholarships:Families of all campers (Ages 2 – 15) are eligible to apply for financial aid (scholarship). Scholarships are available for all Summer Camp sessions and age groups. Families may apply for support for more than one child; however, depending on demand, scholarships may be limited to one per family. Awards will be made for up to a maximum of 70% of the camper’s registration fees. Typical awards are in the 20% to 40% range. The New Canaan Nature Center will award scholarships based on the following considerations:- Scholarship fund availability - Demonstrated financial need of the applicant family - Demonstrated interest in camp/nature from the child - Available space in camp sessions Click here for the camp scholarship application form. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:All applications will be processed in the order they are received by NCNC. Spaces for camp are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If a session is full at the time of processing, registration will be placed on hold and parent notified to discuss alternate options.A Welcome Packet with camp forms and other information will be sent within 2 weeks of processing. All families registering for Summer Camp need to be current NCNC members. If membership has expired or is lacking, a charge of $55 for a family level membership will be added in addition to camp registration fees. |
